Orland Park Lifetime Fitness Indoor Triathlon - Jackson Waters

Plan: 1st indoor tri in this long running series was close by so decided to do for fun and see how my swimming was coming along as that was my focus after Cross country season ended in November.

What Happened: Swim improved, had a little trouble with my Lifecycle -but did okay on the bike( indoor trainers in health clubs vary a lot in how to get max out of-high cadence or gear mashing.) after starting the run @ moderate pace -felt good so I just went flat out the last 15 min.(20 min. run) had best run!

Overall Results: 3rd Overall
